Get ready to move, create, and have fun! We’ll begin with some playful yoga and breathing to get our bodies moving. Then, we’ll dive into a colorful art adventure where you can create from the heart—no right or wrong way to make! Along the way, we’ll explore techniques to handle big feelings and learn simple ways to be a kind friend. Along with their colorful creations, everyone will bring home a few playful ideas for practcing kindness and feeling their best every day.
