Start your self-care journey with purpose and play. In this first session, we’ll explore how rest and creativity support mental wellness. Participants will experience calming breathwork, write from thoughtful prompts, and design a simple take-home craft. A gentle and welcoming introduction to deeper self-care practices.
These workshops are geared toward women 18 and older and focus on themes relevant to adult wellness and creative self-care.
